&lt;P&gt;If the system was being updated at the time, it doesn't look like it's being updated now, so it would be a good time to try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I cant get online or ring three to pay mt bill please help theres no payphones anymore&amp;nbsp; either&lt;/P&gt;</description>
