Actually sick of this been going on for half of the month! The signal just drops and the Internet light comes on blue instead of white meaning can't do a damn thing!

I will not be paying full amount for half service!

It sounds like a frustrating issue to have. the Service Check tool might be able to shine some light on what's going on if it's being caused by something on the network. If that doesn't give any answers, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team in order to have them look into the issue in more depth for you.
