&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry I'm not sure what you mean by answering a call resulting in your SIM being copied? There's certainly a common scam about fake income tax alerts, but these are usually intended to trick you into calling back a premium rate number, or perhaps connect you to a fake operator who will try and trick you into disclosing personal info.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not familiar with any process or technology where your SIM could be copied by answering a call like this.
