Kate. I had 70-90 mbps until the past month or so. Now I am getting 30mbps even drops to 5mbps sometimes. I am nearly in sight of the mast (1.4 Km away) at Berrier (Penruddock), Cumbria.

Your checker link just takes me to the page that shows EXPECTED coverage.

Hi,

In the past few weeks, I've noticed a steep decline in the quality of 3 data. It is extremely slow, unless there is 5g, and living in north Lancashire and often visiting south Cumbria, this is rare.

This wasn't the case a few weeks ago. I could get usable internet in most places.

I've tried resetting network settiings, turning off data, turning off 3, restarting phone, but nothing works.

Anybody have any answers as to why?

Thank you,

James Quinn

Are there any mentions of issues or congestion around the area, at all?

How long have you had your current SIM card?

Thanks,
Kate

Hi,

I have asked around and apparently the local mast is being upgraded, as others have similar issues.

I'll try a new SIM card if the problem doesn't improve.

Thanks for your help,

James

Hi @foleybrown,

The Coverage and Network Status are hosted on the same webpage, but you should see two tabs like this:

If searching the postcode under the Network Status option, this should clear up if there's any local issues we're aware of, and working on.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Nonsense. Get a new script. There is never any problem shown.

Thanks for getting back to me. If you've been receiving almost no connection since November, and we don't seem to have any known issues in the area, I'd stronglly encourage you to get in touch with customer services so that we can look into this further.
