&lt;P&gt;The most common reason for this to happen is if the messages have been incorrectly identified as junk/spam.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On Android you open the Messages app, then click on the menu in the top right, and you'll usually have a "Spam and Blocked" option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For iPhones there should be a couple of relevant settings in Settings &amp;gt; Messages. "Message Filtering" and "Blocked Contacts" should appear in this menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check if you can find the messages, or anything to signify blocked contacts there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As the message is being sent from the Philippines it may also be worth checking your bank supports sending International messages on their system, and if so that your number is formatted correctly with the +44 UK dialling code.&lt;/P&gt;
