    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just upgraded to the 5G Three mifi device mobile broadband and when I try and enter the network password from the back of the device, i keep getting&amp;nbsp; a message saying 'incorrect password'. I have tried everything and it still will not accept the password. Please can anyone adivise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it the password for the Wifi network that you are trying to enter? If so, keep in mind these are cases sensitive. If you still can't log in, I'd recommend trying a factory reset of the hub, then trying again. If you still don't have success at that point, I'd try using a different device to connect to it, just in case the device you're using now is having issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
