&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the delay with your port. There's 2 common reasons this can happen either a software issue, or there could be a split port.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;LI-MESSAGE title="Split CLI on Porting number" uid="33427" url="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/Split-CLI-on-Porting-number/m-p/33427#U33427" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"&gt;&lt;/LI-MESSAGE&gt;&amp;nbsp;as this may just be a case of resetting your network settings so that your ported number is recognised by the phone first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, and it's now passed 24 hours since your number was due to activate on Three, please &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, customer services will need to raise the issue with our porting team, who will work with our colleagues in Smarty to clear up the delay with your number moving across.&lt;/P&gt;
