However, still I am unable to connect or see this cell tower. I am sure it's a Three 5G mast as I can see on the local planning permission Three applied for the mast to be put on this site one year ago. This would be a god send as I have no 4G signal on Three and am dreading the 3G turning off and leaving me looking for a new carrier ( they are all dreadful here apart from EE which has a signal but costs an arm and a leg). So this has left me wondering do the masts take over 6 month to be operational?&nbsp; Am I too far away from the mast? 480 m does seem so far, but I don't know if 5G is so poor. I've seen examples where it has taken a year. Of course, the hopes are that it'll be faster than that. The team are unable to see in advance when a mast is planned to go live, sadly.
