Hi All,

I've been with three for a number of years now and am currently on an unlimited sim only plan for £21.

I've been looking to get the new iPhone 16 pro max and found a great deal on Uswitch consisting of the iPhone 16 pro max 256 black phone and the "Lite 150GB" Plan - (£8)

The phone was £60 upfront aswell as £33 a month for the phone. It works out £41 per month for this.

The deal is for 36 months (36 for the phone & 24 for the Sim)

I've placed the order through Uswitch which directed me to the Three website to learn its a NEW Sim Account I've taken out in error - thankfully, they've cancelled this but couldn't match the price I found for a new customer, the best they could do was £52 per month in total - why are three not looking after their current customers?
