      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet has become so slow in my area it is almost unusable it sits at 1.26 mbps download and 3.99mbps upload it’s so slow before can even sign into my banking app it times me out I can’t even do my online food shop because it take forever to load a page I am pay 80+ a month to be unlimited but I can barely use it. It has taken near 40minutes to get this sorted as it’s lagging. OFCOM say this is meant to be the best coverage where I am and it is really not living up to it why am I paying for such a big contract if I can’t actually use it properly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
