&lt;P&gt;Usually the process is fairly smooth without any additional steps required. The code coming up invalid could be caused by a few things. &lt;BR /&gt;If the code was provided to you incorrectly, it would of course come up invalid. It might be worth checking in with the old provider to get the code double checked.&lt;BR /&gt;I've seen in the past some situations where a PAC is entered incorrectly, either by the user or by the agent, and then the correct code doesn't work afterwards due to the previous request being stuck. In this situation, the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;support team&lt;/A&gt; will need to raise a request to get the issue fixed before the PAC can be attempted again.&lt;BR /&gt;Another possibility is that the code was already used, or has expired. The PAC is only valid for 30 days, and if used too late, might come up as invalid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PAC code not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PAC codes are a nightmare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been provided a PAC code from Vodaphone to transfer across my number to a new Three contract, however when i use the online switcher it says the code is invalid and trying to do the same using the online chat just doesnt work at all. I thought it was supposed to be easy....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
