      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else in the Essex area experiencing problems with their 3 network? I've been with them for a while, but over the past few months, the speeds have become terrible. I used to get over 400 Mbps, but now I'm lucky to hit 20. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and they always give me the same response: there's an issue in the area requiring coordination between multiple teams. This excuse has been ongoing for months, and every time they say they'll update me in 7 days, yet here I am, still waiting months later...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
