Hi all, I have got a addon activated but it’s now using this addon and I still have credit balance of nearly ten pounds.The balance should reduce first but data is coming off my addon allowance. Is this right or should I contact 3. Ta

Hi @Gaz1,

If I'm following correctly you have a cash balance and an add on with your PAYG? Data packs and any Add ons will get used up first by priority, and your cash credit will be reserved for when these expire, or for usage not covered by add on allowances.
