&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community. I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your data connection recently. You've mentioned roaming, but from the title of your post it sounds like data isn't working when you're not connected to Wi-Fi? Roaming is using your line abroad rather than connecting to data in general.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'll do our best to help or point you in the right direction, but the more info you can share the better. Here's a few questions and suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Have you been able to check the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Network Status&lt;/A&gt; in your area to see if we're aware of and working on any issues?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check mobile data is switched on in your settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try toggling flight/airplane mode on and back off again, this forces your phone to disconnect and reconnect so can sometimes help with issues like this.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you received any notifications about your data allowances being 100% used?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What error(s) are you seeing on your browser or apps when you've been trying to connect when out and about?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know on the above as best you can. And if you still need any help, we should have a better idea on how to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;
