&lt;P&gt;Oh, that's strange, I'm unsure why a setting like that would change, I don't think the team have an option on how long the wait is anymore.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A couple of years ago there was an option for a longer wait before diverting, but there was a system upgrade that took place and since that time I think the wait time is always the same now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it definitely the Three voicemail system that you're diverting to? Is it possible that you have the iPhones Live Voicemail service active? If so, you might be able to change the settings for that on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>EXTENDING NUMBER OF RINGS IN VOICEMAIL</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My iphone 13 was set to 30 seconds before diverting to Voicemail, it has reset itself to only 15 seconds which isn't long enough for me to answer a call unless I have my phone in my hand. This is extremely inconvenient for me as I am missing important calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent over two hours speaking to your Customer Service team via telephone and online chat, I have also spoken to staff in store in my local area, none of whom were able to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please advise how to reset my Voicemail back to 30 seconds before calls revert to Voicemail please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to your early reply as I have wasted enough time trying to get this issue resolved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pete&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wasn't aware that the iphone had it's own voicemail service? None of the many customer service agents that I spoke to in your overseas call centre mentioned that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been with all of the other main mobile phone service providers over the years and the number of rings is usually set by entering a code e.g. **61*xxx30# but none of the codes provided to me has resolved the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know how I would be able to find out which voicemail service is currently activated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hazel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Maxine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After spending nearly two hours on the phone to your Customer Service team I can confirm that they have been unable to reactivate my voicemail. They have tried various different options (it seems like they're just guessing to be honest).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Three are unable to provide me with a voicemail service then I would like to terminate my contract early penalty free.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to you early response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hazel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
