topic three 5g hub issue in Network

i am having a few issues with my three 5g hub, the hub is located at a top bedroom windowsill and i'm getting speeds as low as 10 mbps download and 0.2 mbps upload and the wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting in its own time. i have checked my location to see if there are any issues on my own and with a member of three staff and everything should be fine but it unfortunately is not. is there any way i could resolve my issues, thank you.

Hello, Joelday05.

Welcome to the Three Community.

That's not so great. As the support team were unable to see any issues on the network side, it could be an issue with the Hub instead. You mentioned that the Wifi is dropping out, have you tried connecting to the Hub by ethernet cable to a PC or laptop, and then performing another speed check?

Pete.
