    <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue is though, I am unable to work from home as the network keeps dropping. It really is awful! When I asked to cancel, as suggested by customer support, they then said that I would have to pay an early exit fee to cover the 11 months left in our contract!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We feel that this is totally unacceptable as we are not getting the service that we are paying for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are stuck now...........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Network keeps dropping repeatedly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, We have been with 3 for just over a month now and for the first 2 weeks it was brilliant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However for the last 2 weeks,&amp;nbsp; our Internet keeps dropping out every half or so!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried resetting the router,&amp;nbsp; moving the router,&amp;nbsp; updating phones etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I called 3 customer support,&amp;nbsp; all I was offered was to cancel our contract! But helpful really. She also said to wait a couple of weeks and if no better to call back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are paying for a broadband that is rubbish at the mo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have also checked the Network Checker and there are no reports on there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Simolady.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The support team on chat or phone would have the most access to the account and the available options,&amp;nbsp; if they have offered a cancellation, it would normally indicate that they were at the limit of what could be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Giving it a bit of time was probably a good idea as it would give time for whatever is causing the issue to be resolved. Outside of that, I'm not sure what else to suggest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
