Is there a way to get more detailed information beyond what is on the status page? Until last week I'd would have declared myself as a new 5G Broadband user, but now I'll rephrase that as "currently evaluating".
Last week, my first week, I was getting 1 gigabit down and 150 megabit up. Now, according to the status page, they've been working on an issue since Saturday morning which has seen the download speed drop to 120, but the upload is about 2, which makes this unusable for working from home (two of us).
