I have been overcharged £23 for 6 month! I have contacted 3 customers servise several times but still this problem has not been solved , 

How can I get any help here?

That's not so great. I wonder what could have caused it to overcharge by that amount each month. You can register a complaint through the complaints page as Paddiewack mentioned. The team will investigate for you and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
