Hi, I unfortunately need to cancel my account as I moved and there is no 5G here so my 5G hub is no longer viable. I can't figure out which returns form I need to be able to send my hub back so if anyone can advise me I would greatly appreciate it. I ordered my hub in February 2023 and have a pay monthly plan. Cancellations are done via customer service! Contact them via phone or live chat and they can arrange.

Thanks I contacted them last Thursday and they confirmed they would cancel however I've not received the returns package even though they said 48hours for receipt. I have just paid my last bill so would like to get this sent back ASAP, is there anyone who can advise if there is another way to return them please? Many thanks

I think not;but from experience 48 hours is a bit quick to receive a returns bag and you can’t return it to a shop unless you got it from there.For your own piece of mind check with customer service who can give you a more precise timeframe than me.

As presumably your hub is also 4G capable why not keep it?

It's not stable enough for work requirements unfortunately otherwise I would have.
