Does anyone have an email for customers services? Everything seems to have gone wrong. Major regrets

My account says I am owing £21 million.

I have no data or call allowance left so can't make calls.

I have been charged £76 for one phone call!

I just purchased broadband but now want it cancelled and to return the box. An email should have arrived with details of how to post back but nothing has arrived - no email and no envelope.

Absolutely hopeless!!!
