I've cancelled my home broadband in january, returned the device, and i was STILL charged for £105. I used live chat with an agent 3 times (!) and i still haven't received a refund. I've been told on the 7th of april that the refund is on it's way, 7 days later there was still no refund, so i called customer service on the 17th; and i was told to call AGAIN on the 24th and request a refund. I have returned the device, i received a confirmation email from Three about that, and i was still charged. Since the 7th of april im still running after my money, and now i am considering to cancel my mobile contract as well, as this is really getting annoying. I am asking for help (and a refund) but nobody is willing to actually help.
