This is a public space so you have now given spammers your name and phone number, so a good way along the path to having enough info to steal your identity. Please edit your post to remove your personal info.

If your first bill is not what you expected then this can be caused by a number of things from a slightly extended billing cycle, a one-off payment for your phone, insurance or some other service that you may have inadvertently agreed to.

Or he's been scammed by a scammer claiming to be three. They are viciously doing the rounds right now.
