Today I wanted to download a copy of my latest bill to view (which would be dated 15 September). To my amazement this current bill was not available for me to view. I contacted Three's billing department who told me that, due to the chaos caused by the recent system update, customers would not be able to view their bills until about a week later than expected. The staff member said that their billing department is currently being swamped with calls from customers complaining about current bills not being displayed.
It's yet another example of the appallingly bad way the recent system update is being managed.
