Tried to load into My3 app today and was told I have to re-register due to changes. While going through the registration page, I put my number, email and password but then when I hit the register button, nothing happens. Sometimes it will load a Captcha but completing that still does nothing, page doesn't try to load anything and just stays the same.
There are no errors on the page and I have tried to do it on the My3 app, Safari on my Iphone and on my PC and same issue with all of them.
Any fixes as I need access to the app ASAP.
