I am one of those people who are wanting to return a device but even after chasing twice I still haven’t had any email with any QR code. Clearly there is an issue with whatever service Three uses to generate these return codes so I don’t understand why they don’t change the process. Any idea what else I can do other than keep contacting the team and potentially putting the complaint it? I honestly just want to return it why make it so difficult for your customers??
