I was going through sim plan upgrade and it showed me contract upgrade charge. So I cancelled it from there, still I got a message that my plan is upgraded and I need to pay early contract charges. I know this is a kind a scam and I tried to connect live chat and tried to call but no answer. I don’t know how can I sort it out.

To clarify, were you using the Three app to check options to upgrade, but did not proceed after seeing that early-upgrades fees would be applied?
I gather that the upgrade went ahead without your intention to do so. If this was completed directly through the Three app, it would appear to be an app error, as opposed to a scam.
You can request an upgrade reversal during the initial upgrade period by connecting with Customer Services. Have you been able to get through since Thursday?

Call customer service on 333, it’s your best starting point. Live chat is at best painful.

If that’s a question to me then obviously as I’ve no issues I haven’t contacted them so wouldn’t be awaiting a response.
