A bit like the Post Office scandal, if you feel you are all alone in dealing with Three's extremely unhelpful bureaucracy, you may find a little solace by going to Trustpilot to check what your fellow customers are saying about its service.

BTW, I wrote to Elaine Carey, Three's Chief Commercial Officer, UK and Ireland, to complain directly to her. She promised action within the day from Three's Executive Office to address my issues. That was more than 24 hours ago...and...nobody has been in touch with me.
Someone from Three's offshored complaints department did call me yesterday to tell me Three had moved heaven and earth to resolve my straightforward billing and accounts issues, but, but, but....they had failed. This continues to cause me untold anxiety, stress and loss of income.
