What has happened to Three

What the hell has happened to Three customer services. You used to be fantastic and I always sang your praises however lately it has been absolutely dreadful with rude and unhelpful agents to damn right arrogant. Throw that in with all the systemic issues and it has fallen far from the tree. I have been a three customer for as long as I can remember (way over 12 years) and unless something changes I won't be renewing with Three!

Totally agree with your comment. Phoning customer services used to be easy and a pleasant experience but now itโ€™s always a real struggle and some agents are actually misleading customers to get commission on sales. Itโ€™s really sad how much itโ€™s gone downhill.

Iโ€™m just a customer like you whoโ€™s also been with Three for many years. Iโ€™ve not had to contact customer service for a good while but I feel your pain.Iโ€™ve never got to the point where Iโ€™d consider leaving the network,and Iโ€™m not particularly defending them but as for outages;crap happens from time to time and no company can guarantee service without fault. For my part Iโ€™m hoping the merger with Vodafone will bring about change but thatโ€™s yet to be seen and for now Iโ€™m sticking around to see whatโ€™s over the horizon.
