YET ANOTHER LOYAL CUSTOMER DECLINED UPGRADE

It looks like 3 are losing a lot of their loyal long term customers (including myself I've also switched to a different provider) due to declined for upgrading. I have the same problem, been with 3 for about 8/9 years and never had any problems upgrading before, I've tried to complain to 3 and got nowhere so I've escalated it and I'm now waiting for 3 to send me a deadlock letter so I can proceed with the complaint (I'm still waiting despite been told I'll get it within 5 working days)  The upgrade was actually only £1 more than what I'm currently paying I just don't understand why so many long term customers are getting declined all of a sudden it's an absolute joke and the customer service is just terrible, so unhelpful, they just fob you off. The way loyal customers are been treated now is disgusting, I hope many others will also leave 3. They tried to offer me sim only and try again in 90 days but frankly they can stick it!!! Very disappointed indeed

Here we go again mistaking loyalty for business. Loyalty counts for zero in the real world. You paid your money to Three and used their network that’s it. The other company probably have a different risk model. You seem to have got what you want albeit with another provider and you’ve vented your spleen on here and apparently told Three to stick it where the sun won’t shine. Apart from metaphorically throwing your toys out of your pram I’m not sure of your motives for posting on here.
