'Your Queries' - where is it?

I recently contacted Three - wish to hell I didnt, such awful treatment... I raised a complaint. I have texts referring me to the 'Your Queries' section to get an update, telling me this has been updated. I cannot find it anywhere.

How do I locate it please?

For some context, I am going to leave Three - been with them around 15years or more, fed up with the awful, awful customer service and lack of respect for their customers.

Hi there,

Thanks for raising this feedback, the queries section of My3 is an older feature which was removed. We've flagged up that some customers are still receiving these messages in error, and the relevant team is working to identify and resolve the error. We're sorry for any confusion these messages may have caused.

We hope that your complaint has been resolved in the meantime, but if you still need assistance with this, it's best to get in touch, and the team can check the latest updates for you.

Thanks,
Jonathan

No it’s not been resolved. The whole thing is more than shocking. Continuing to receive messages telling me to go to My queries!

I'm sorry about this, as mentioned I've raised the feedback, the relevant team will look into what is triggering the messages and can then stop them.

If you can let me know a little bit more about the messages, it may help us track down the issue. Are these text messages, emails or both? Can you share the contents of the messages? (please don't include any personal info)

Thanks,
Jonathan

Thanks for these examples, that should help our investigation of these incorrect messages. I'm sorry that in the meantime you're receiving these when your case is updated.

We can't directly access your account or complaint when discussing an issue on the Community, this would need to be done when you're calling or chatting with the team who are helping you with that complaint directly.

If you also want to discuss the original issue that caused the complaint here, we can do this, but as we're speaking on a public forum, we can't access your account notes or make changes on your account from here. If you'd like to explain what happened to lead to the complaint, I'll do my best to provide advice or point you in the direction of more help.

Thanks,
Jonathan

My complaint has already been closed - it’s unresolved, didn’t listen / understand the most simplest of complaints to just closed it, issued a deadlock letter so clearly don’t care three will lose two lines from me for literally ignoring plain English and a very reasonable request from someone who has spend two lines for 15 years with them.
I cannot believe how the way I’ve been treated is seen as reasonable. It’s a disgrace.

Yep, ditto ~ I left a year ago to EE. Glad I did.
When I first joined Three ( their early days ) with 3G they were the best but lost there way & difficult to deal with.
