chat advisor useless

i tried talking to someone on chat, starting at 11.51am today and all the useless advisor managed to do was verify my account in 34mins then he/she started to ignore me, talk about customer no service, and this was cause i got an email and text about an ongoing complaint that lied to me saying and i quote "We've tried to contact you about your outstanding complaint, but haven't been able to reach you." no one tried to call me and both of my contact numbers are on file. i detest blatant liars and im sure when a customer gets lied to that is a breach of contract.

i would never recommend three to anyone as their customer service is disgusting to say the least

Liar is a strong and emotive word and for the record I don’t believe for one second that you have been lied to. If only because all calls and chats are recorded and they wouldn’t be so stupid. Without knowing your gripe it’s difficult to know how best to advise you,but at least you’ve vented your spleen on here. That should make you feel better.

like i said when its in the body of the email saying they have been trying to contact me and when both numbers are on file so if they couldn't get through on 1 they would try the other but neither phone rang. plus they would try more than once, i do agree liar is a strong word but i feel its warranted and i stand by what i said
