I’ve ended up paying £27.50 where I was on £18 a month coz three sold me something i didn’t need and then offered me a “deal” that seemed good at the time but it’s ended up like described -
and to get out of the contract I would have to pay £444 !!!! This price is for a sim that sits in my MIFI box I use for my annex extension - three are charging me MORE than the wifi across my entire house - honestly an absolute RIP OFF and the answer is to ring 333 but as I don’t have a 3 line it obviously didn’t work so I’m back to jsut having to suck it up. How madly disappointing. I won’t be continuing after this jail sentence

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your new plan. We offer a 14 day return period, and 30 days for our home broadband plans. If you feel that you've been actively misled by staff when setting up a plan or renewal then you can still get in touch outside that period, and we'll do our best to resolve the dispute if possible.
