High i recieved a faulty iphone 16 promax waiting for exchange this was done in my 14 days cooling period does anybody know has this got too be done in that time frame as I was told 5-7 days if a device is in stock for exchange all i get told of customer service is too sit and wait and I don't want too be stuck with a device I can't use anyone else experienced this ?

Hello.
The 14 days is just the cooling off period and not the return window for faulty devices. It's 30 days you get if you find an issue within 30 days. Whether it's the 14 day cooling off period, or the 30 day window for faults, it only matters that you report it and begin the process within those timeframes.
