Bad customer Service with 3g

Iv phoned 10 times now about my network issue my phone signal sill bad here in Glasgow Scotland uk can’t not make phone calls or text messages or internet sill said me working on a mobile phone tower  right now that is affecting me with my network connection and get back to me in 7 work days can someone please help me out on this issue get this resolved now 3G this is absolute disgraceful

Hi, you keep mentioning 3G in your posts, which is a technology that the Three network are in the process of turning off.  This is the message on their Coverage Checker:

 I am aware that the company Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as Three UK, is this why you are using 3G in your posts?

In further, if it is indeed the problem being caused by the 3G network being turned off, the only real solution is to use the SIM in a 4G device to regain access to the services.  The switch off will render all 3G only devices useless 😞

Do have a 4g network but now the mobile tower is not working in Glasgow right now that why I’m having issues with my iPhone 11*  and I hope it return back to normal in 7 days
