Everytime I make a phone call the person on the other side can't hear me but I can hear them ....its happening everytime can three please fix this issue. ......I have been with three for about 4 years but now I'm looking for another network this is ridiculous.
This sounds more like an issue with your handset than anything else. I’ve also been with Three for a long time and can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything similar. I always snigger when people come on this forum and say they’re going to leave. Well LEAVE then;but before you do I’m presuming you’ve looked at the network status page for any ongoing issues and exhausted all avenues with customer service?
