Find support on extra Three services, like Three Insurance, Three Pay, My3, Three Business and more.
I have a number of accounts - I know wishing the My 3 App - that I can logout - then Login using the drop down - however, would like the option to switch between accounts from within the App - is this something might be added?
Any idea why since upgrading I can no longer view my bills in the app and keep getting this message? Been happening for last two months, was fine before upgrade. Thank you
Looking at the ‘My3’ App; cannot see ability to update/ set ‘spend caps’ - so is this still only done via a call ? As would be good if able to update online?
Can anyone tell me how I fix this? thanks
The new my3 App is great on phones - but not for iPad ( what can we not have horizontal view - & sized for ipad ) but also - trying to select ‘upgrade plan’ pushing the graphics off the screen to the right - so not usable ….Any plans to fix this ?
Has anyone used the new look iOS Three App? What are your thoughts?
