Why is the network so slow and bad? I’m using there broadband and even with only I connected device in my house the network is slower than a tortoise. Why?

24 month plan - 36 month phone

I think my plan is 24 months but my phone itself was over 36 months. My plan ends in July and it's saying I can upgrade - but I can't see how much the phone part of my bill is, as I assume I would need to keep paying for this phone for another 12 mon...
