I have 3 phones in 1 account, whenever we are abroad I receive message that credit limit has been reached. One or all of us has no service. Data not over any limits, spend caps high, we simply make WhatsApp messages. No one at 3 has a clue about what the credit limit is set to, how it is set, who sets it and how to get it changed. Any help here?
