Been trying to log into my account since the update, have been unsuccessful every time. Now when I go to log in, it says my number isn’t on record… have been with three like 6 years now, maybe 7. Same number same sim, just can’t log in to manage my account and sim contract. Tried resetting passwords, tried deleting app, tried logging in on a computer and my safari on my phone, then tried customer services and they’re pretty useless at telling me why I can’t log in.. anyone else have the same issue and got sorted?
starting to piss me off at this point
