My password is not working on the android Three app, but does work on a PC in chrome and edge. How do I get the app to accept the password?

Hello.
The Three App and online service use the same log in details. If you change it on one, it will change on the other too. It might be worth uninstalling the app, and installing it again, to see if that helps resolve the issue. If you're using auto fill, it would also be best to avoid using it until you can determine if you're able to log in.
