Hello there.
There's a couple of ways you can cancel the line. One of them is to reach out to the Support Team and request the cancellation. You can choose between setting the cancellation notice, or taking a PAC/STAC. If it is a PAC or STAC you're looking to take, you can use another option and request that by sending a text from the SIM in question instead. Find details on doing that on our Cancellation page.
