told I had to reregister in the new three website but can't do it, going around in circles

I am trying to re register but get stuck at the point where I input the new password and the register button clicks but then a red text says that there is a problem. 

I have spoken to chat several times, each time I am told I have to register a new email to reset the account. 

I have now registered several emails and am running out of emails...!!!

I have gone through this several times now

please reset my account, the support is clearly unable to solve this

Try clearing your internet browser cache or using a different browser or device. Maybe you are not following the required password parameters either?

Hi @carl1,

Your Three Community account should be tied to your My3 login, so you should already be registered for My3 if you're able to login and post here. If you try logging in with the same email and password you use here on the Community, does that get you in to your account?
