I have the NR5103EV2 router, which I got when I switched to Three Broadband a couple of months back.
For the first few months it was fine, I was very pleased with it.
But for the last week or so the internet has become completely unusable! I have even had to turn WiFi off on my phone, just to post this. I could do with some assistance on this because I am spending money on a service I can't use.
I have tried rebooting the router, positioning it at various points through the house, on windowsills etc and absolutely nothing helps.

Hello, Thomas. That's not so great, it sounds like something might be wrong with the Hub. Since you've already tried some things, I'd recommend trying to factory reset the hub. This will restore it to the settings it has out of the box. If it's still not working after that, it could indicate that there's a fault with the hub.
If there is a fault with the Hub, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team to get that looked into further.
