Plan price increases after adding to basket

My plan is expiring and I was offered a deal at £11/mo which suited me. I added this to my basket but it was then shown as costing £18/mo! I have screenshots showing this but uploading images seems to be a faff through this interface.

Scam Calls

Please can Three confirm 1. Would your upgrades team ever call to offer a discount/offer2. What number would they call from?I get mobile numbers and 0121 numbers calling me a lot 

Issues Activating Paramount+

I have received my sms with the link to activate my paramount+, however when I click on it it just goes to a web page with the 3 logo and says activation error. Any ideas?
