Data packs

I'm payg customer with 3 I've topped my phone up 3 times £10 each time selecting a data pack every time and they haven't applied it once now i have no credit anyone have any suggestions on how i can get help with this or should i just leave 3.

£10 sim no credit

I just bought a £10 payg SIM card but it’s telling me my balance is zero credit. Surely I haven’t paid £10 just for a SIM card!
