Will "Support" be able to offer more definitive information on when Pixel Watch LTE/4G pairing will be available on Three network?

They've gone quiet on Pixel watch eSim support.

I just bought one and gutted to find out three is not supporting LTE. Waste of the extra £50. May as well change provider.

Hi @J1,

I'm sorry that there's no news yet, but we do hope to expand the range of watches we support in time. You should still be able to use Bluetooth pairing when in range of your phone.

Thanks,
Jonathan

But there is no point - I could have bought a £20 smart watch if I just wanted Bluetooth - the whole point is to be able to use my watch without my phone. The chaps at Three actively lied to me this morning, saying it would work perfectly - what is going on?

It's a pretty bad customer experience that this thread started a year ago and Three still don't offer eSim support for pixel watches of either generation. If Three were "actively" looking into offering support to pixel watches last year and still haven't made it available then "actively" they are failing there consumers. Here's to pixel watch 3 being supported 🤞🏾

Can we set up our pixel watches to use LTE yet. If not when will this be happening??

Hey @nige77

We don't currently support Pixel watch pairing. However, the team are actively expanding the compatible watches and although we don't have a specific date to provide, we can assure you that this will be an option in time.

Thanks

John D
