Hi I am using 3UK 5G Home Broadband and something to praise is that the network is really smooth, 4K videos, streaming, all carefree - not until recently I had started to WFH somedays of my week.
Everytime upon connecting to the company VPN, I saw that it occasionally got disconnected and automatically reconnected. During that few seconds, it will cause my browser stopping and resumed, also to the Shared Drive in my VPN and also a system in my VPN which will stutter more than 2 minutes.
And all of the above happened at the same period of time. After such 60 - 90 seconds stuttering, it will all go back to normal, until to the next stuttering.
and upon asking the help of AI lol it seems the current VPN profile using ESP (IPsec Protocol 50) is not stable over this type of connection in 3UK 5G broadband — likely due to NAT or carrier-level restrictions.

Anything I can do to resolve this? I have asked my IT department but god knows, they are hopeless...asking me to go back to 3UK.
Just for your all information, I have tried using my Lebara mobile personal hotspot, and those disconnecting are not happening at all..... but I dont want to drain my mobile data.... so eventually I will have to settle this home broadband WFH setup... thanks
