Hi everyone,

We’re aware some customers are experiencing issues with calls at the moment. Our team are working hard to get things resolved as soon as possible. We’re sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.

Please refrain from creating multiple new topics on this subject, we'll merge all related topics under this one, and provide updates here as soon as we can.

Thanks,

Not been able to make calls in or out since early this morning. Says on my phone, no network available. Rebooting ect made no difference. Has happened before but never for this long. What's going on?

I'm in North East.

We don't know what's going on, and the last place you will find out is on any Three sites

I can’t make or receive calls and so can’t even contact 3 service to complain. What’s going on.

No timeframe, no useful info, no explanation, no service = no customers in a short time.

Don't you find the constant reminders about prize draws insulting? Is that how easily they think we can be bought off? Do they think we even care about such cheap gimmicks when we can't use what everybody now relies on - their mobile phones?

Hi,

Is there any idea of when this issue will be sorted. This is a business line, it is costing us?

Network down since mid morning. No phone or text service. No information from 3 or updates.

Unable to make or receive phone calls. Not great as a disabled user

As long as you are stuck on a 3 contract, my only suggestion is to buy a cheap pay as you go SIM for emergencies like this, on another network obviously. Then, when they screw up again, you can at least make calls, though not receive as you will have a different number. I don't know what's worse - the incompetence (joining Vodafone was supposed to clear up all of their network issues, like inadequate coverage in central London), or the boilerplate excuses, with no useful info and the complete lack of information, such as texts sent to all three customers. Not to mention the feeble, 'some' customers are experiencing these issues attempt to diminish their inadequacy.
