New monthly charge seems incorrect

My new monthly charge following price increases for April 2026 are given as 12.53 per month on my account plan, as expected, ie 10.63 + 1.90 increase (5-99gb).But my new bill has random figures that do not tally with this and monthly charge as 13.98....
